Zimbra Webmail Mac Error

One of our users who is using a Mac with the Zimbra Webmail Client keeps receiving the following error:

message - Undefined value
message - Undefined value

Any ideas why? No one else is receiving the error message.

The reason why this is important, is we are noticing some issues with the latest FF build (2.0.0.5) and I want to test.
