Status of ZCS 7.1

What is status of ZCS 7.1? it's released or only commited?
If it released why in my ZCS i have messages only about 7.0.1 version?

It's been released as of 20110407 ZCS 7.1 (DoubleHelix)

Other areas like PMWeb, various open source news and social media sites, the automatic update notification service, etc are different things and simply haven't been changed yet.
