Most of those old folders are safe to remove. ie: Keep the 2 most recent folder versions/the one symlinked to. You can delete those config.#####, not a whole lot of room freed up on it, but for tidying up purposes.
If you're cleaning out your /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/ folder however be a little more careful. Sub-folders for old configs is one thing, but I wouldn't suggest removing your current config.save, etc

That also correct and you can vote on them, OSS users should also vote on bugs/RFEs that they want implemented. Many of the bugzilla entries that people kick up a fuss about have few, or no, votes on them.

That's why I like when people post bugs to the forums.. saves me the trouble of trying to do a ninja search on bugzilla. (though I still need to search the forums more myself)
