Default iCal not refreshing calendars viewed as delegate.

Hi
I'm using iCal 4.0.4, accessing my ZCS (6.0.13) calendars via CalDAV.
I have another user sharing some calendars to me.

With the iCal delegation model turned on, iCal ignores the refresh schedule set in the iCal application preferences and doesn't seem to refresh the calendars shared to me until forced to do so (using the 'Calendar > Refresh All' command).
With the iCal delegation model turned off (so the calendars shared to me display inline as if they were my calendars) the shared calendars respect the refresh schedule setting. But, of course that sacrifices the useful features of the delegation model.

Regardless of whether the model is turned on or off, notifications do not pop up in the notifications pane for events on shared calendars.

Is that the expected behaviour? Any way to have delegated calendars respect the refresh schedule?

It sounds like a bug to me. If you can reproduce it (especially if you could repro it using a separate Mac OS X account on the same or different machine), I'd suggest opening a report, with repro steps, in bugzilla and posting the bug # here.
