iCal and other users availability

I have installed the iSync app and can successfully sync my contacts and calendar with iCal and Address book and Zimbra without problem.

The issue I have is with scheduling appointments. When I use the zimbra web interface, I can navigate into the Schedule tab of a new calendar event and see all of the required user's availability. When using iCal, I can add the users, but cannot see their availability.

Is there a way to do this?

Are you looking at Window>Availability Panel?

What version of iCal are you using? What version of Mac OS?

I would expect the auto-configured CalDAV setup created by the iSync connector to provide availability info for Mac OS 10.5 and later, but not 10.4. Reason: 10.4 doesn't support CalDAV.
