ICal not syncing up with CalDev

I have installed the connector, and it works great from syncing the zimbra calendar down to iCal, but when I create something anything on iCal, it doesn't sync the new information to the Calendar on Zimbra.

i also have another issue issue that not connector related, but when I setup iMail to imap with zimbra, it pulls the folders, but on some machines it doesn't link the sent folder to the one on zimbra. I have a folder it shows called sent that linked with it, but the main sent in iMail doesn't link to it at all on some machines. I sat there removing and re-adding the account and it worked, but this didn't work on other machines.
