Problems with syncing contacts

Hi,

I am trying to sync my contacs with the iSync connector and Apple Contacts application.
If I now do changes in Zimbra, then it doesn't get synced properly to my MacBook even though I have syncing enabled every minute and in the Pane it does show that it is syncing. If I then sync manually then it gets synced properly. Where is the problem here.

Are there any logfile that I could look at?
