Default Entourage/Exchange calendar -> Zimbra?

I (unfortunately) have to use MS Exchange at work for email and calendaring, and would like to ship the calendar to my Zimbra server holding my personal email - the end result is shipping the calendar and addressbook to my iPhone.

I have the Address Book syncing working just fine, but I cannot get the Calendar connector to sync my calendar. Right now I have a Macbook running Leopard and Entourage 2004, talking to an Exchange 2003 server. I have installed the connector off my Zimbra 5.0.10 server. Unfortunately, in the connector under the Advanced tab, 'Entourage integration' is greyed out.

Any ideas?

I too am experiencing this issue on a brand new Leopard system using the 5.0.7 iSync connector, Enourage 2008 (12.4.1), but we are not connected to an Exchange server. Everything seems to sync to iCal fine, but we cannot enable the iCal integration.

Will keep researching!
