Default syncing will cause data to change in the account

My client gets the following message popping up several times a day in mac land. Any ideas? How do we auto allow? Or what is causing this?

These are intentional changes being made right?
Sys Pref > Other - Zimbra > Advanced > 'Show data change alert' checked?
