Any way to sync iPhone & Gmail calendars w/Zimbra?

I use Macs (with Leopard 10.5.2) at work, iPhone and Zimbra. Is there a way to get my work Calendar, Gmail Calendar and iPhone calendars all synced (and without merging my Gmail email into my Zimbra/work email)?? My iPhone is the best place for me to make Calendar entries -- and check appointments. Anyway to so accomplish?

I don't think you need Zimbra to sync iPhone with Gmail

I followed this tutorial

Sync iPhone Contacts with Gmail – Syncing iPhone with Google Contacts

And it worked just fine for me
