Default iSync and iCal fresh start

First off, I'm not entirely sure this is strictly an issue with iSync itself, but more just getting it to play nicely. After much frustration, heartache and the occasional threat to toss the computer off the parking garage next door, I'm migrating a user from Entourage to the built-in Apple applications - Mac Mail, iCal, and Address Book - in hopes of a much better user experience.

I've unchecked the "Entourage Integration" check box, and selected only "Calendar" to sync. I'm repeatedly being prompted to resolve conflicts between multiple sync sources - Entourage, iCal, Zimbra, a smartphone that hasn't been connected to the Mac for months, etc. Does anyone know of a way to just wipe the slate? I want the Zimbra server to be the master, and iCal to start fresh and just take what the Zimbra iSync connector gives it.

Something around the office here causes caches to get corrupted every once and a while. If you are talking about a removal of all local data, these folders from the user's personal Library are what I have been removing. It may be overkill, but it seems to clean it all out.
  • ~/Library/Calendars/
  • ~/Library/Application Support/Zimbra
  • ~/Library/Application/Support/iCal
  • ~/Library/Application/Support/SyncServices

You will have to re-enter the configuration information in the Zimbra Preference Pane.
