Yes, I had. However, all options on that pane were unavailable as well. Oddly enough, it has randomly started working normally again. Not sure what changed.
Hey there. I just determined what was causing the problem you were seeing. There was a bug in the Zimbra iSync preference pane that would cause the situation you described if a sync was currently in progress when the preference pane was activated. I have already checked in a fix for this, and have filed bug 23749 to track it.
