No, it's not. And unfortunately it's a generic error, so it doesn't tell us much. You'll probably learn more by looking at the sync logs in ~/Library/Application Support/Zimbra/com.*. They should contain some data that will help to pinpoint the problem.

Default Errors at the end of com.zimbra.52682f43a937-9efe704c-86b0f888-ee5f779c/sync.0.log

Indeed:

[Wed Dec 19 18:29:29 200] Caught exception while trying to sync: name = NSInvalidArgumentException, reason = *** -[NSCFDictionary setObject:forKey:]: attempt to insert nil value (301)
[Wed Dec 19 18:29:29 200] cancelling sync (301)
[Wed Dec 19 18:29:37 200] [assert] error: !contactErr
[assert] where: "ZimbraHelper_main.mm", "Sync", line: 808
(301)

Does this help?

Thanks,
Jacob

Can you check your private messages? I've been tracking this bug and I'm hoping you can help me get it fixed.

Thanks,

Scott
