As you know, the Zimbra team is always eager to make ZCS better and better-- today we are wondering about overall ease/cost of administration compared to [my favorite] MS Exchange. There are many of you out there who have switched (or are considering it!).
We'd love to hear:
- How you compare Exchange vs Zimbra TCO in terms of # servers / # admins needed to support your user base
- How many hours you spend maintaining Exchange vs Zimbra in a week
- How much downtime you experience (# times per month) with each
