Created a new forum called Migration. Since lots of new questions come up about the best way to migrate figured we could centralize this in one place. It will also be a place people can trade tips/tricks and post any migration scripts they have written.
The best practices can then be moved over to the wiki:

I also added some forum 'links' to Bugzilla and Wiki so new users/admins can find them easier.
