4.0.0 upgrade issues

Found this fun mac issue on the network edition - may be on FOSS, too:

If you log in, and get skin/css errors, here's the fix:

su - zimbra
cd tomcat
find work/ -type f -exec rm {} \;
tomcat stop
tomcat start
