All the dev releases are in a sense beta's so you can use the Developer (for code issues) or Admin (for admin issues) for the beta's. I'm going to start locking this announce forum and the posts as they don't belong here. I wanted to leave them open for folks to make comments on the release itself but it's not working and people use it to report issue after issue. Just like you'd start a new post/thread for a bug/problem you should treat the beta the same way.
