Default Why no tags for GA releases or builds?

I've been hunting around the CVS tree both directly and off fisheye and have a question.

Why doesn't Zimbra tag their builds in the CVS tree? So for instance, let's say I've downloaded GA 3.1 build 279. I've installed it and am happy with it except for one bug. What I'd want to do is get that exact build fix the bug and deploy.

It doesn't seem possible. Any clues?

The CVS tree is not the tree we actually cut builds off from. We as you know just sync a copy to CVS on a periodic basis. So while we could try to get the copies to match and tag it for each release it's not something we have today. Your best bet is to sync to the latest and add your bug fix to that.
