Arrow 5.0.8 is live!

The Zimbra Team is pleased to announce: The Zimbra Collaboration Suite version 5.0.8 - a minor update to 5.0.7 with a few bug fixes to get things you've been asking for available sooner!

Best practice is to always make a full backup before preforming any server maintenance: Backup and Restore Articles - Zimbra :: Wiki

If you've already upgraded to ZCS 5.0.7 and have no concern for any of the bugs listed here, then there's no pressing need to update at this time. Users running versions earlier than 5.0.7 should upgrade directly to 5.0.8.

The Fixes:
29600 – provide a configurable way to allow mismatched certificate for java to LDAP starttls (ssl_allow_mismatched_certs & ssl_allow_untrusted_certs)
29706 – chameleon skin : overrides only work for one domain
28643 - tab no longer works when composing in new window
29473 - server returns conversations and tags folders in delta sync
29596 - ICS formatter locks mailbox during socket write (calendar_ics_export_buffer_size)
27213 – ZCO : Connection Setting Mismatch when connection is closed on server side
29277 – ZCO : Meeting disappears from shared calendar when delegatee is invited

iPhone3G GA support is currently planned for ZCS 5.0.9, and this release does not add any additional functionality for iPhone above it's beta support in 5.0.7. You can read more about the new Zimbra Mobile integration here: Zimbra Mobile for iPhone » Zimbra :: Blog
