Zindus: Contact sync for Thunderbird
The team over at Zindus has e-mailed us to let us know they've released an update to their extension for Thunderbird and it now supports Zimbra shared addressbooks!
The Zindus extension for Thunderbird is open-source software and runs on all Thunderbird platforms including Windows, Mac OSX and Linux.
We
blogged about Zindus back in January and it just keeps getting better. It syncs your all your Zimbra contacts with Thunderbird. It can also sync your GAL (Global Address List) and now Shared Addressbooks.
We don't make this extension/not officially supported by Zimbra, but many have already
adopted this extension and can't get enough of it.
