Good!
I'll try it and let you know what I find about it. If there is any bugs, I'll report them here and in bugzilla.
Million thanx again for the excellent work all of you guys are doing!

It depends on how much mail each person gets if it's just a few messages a day and casual use them a nice dual processor server with 2-4GB of RAM is fine. If it's a heavier business environment then you'll want more than one server and maybe split off spam/virus/mta to a separate server.Originally Posted by mikets
Hi, I only want to drop a line telling you that your Debian packes are working fine for me. Thanks a lot!
First I used 3.1.0 and today I updated to 3.1.1.
Keep your good work!

Keep up the good work. (Let's now wait for the debian NW edition ;-)
Cheers

Guys, I am about 1 Year new to debian and have played around with Joomla and Mambo. So Pretty much a basic Administrator.
Here is what I found.
Downloaded: zcs-3.1.3_GA_474.DEBIAN3.1.tar (*.tgz)
gzip -d zcs-3.1.3_GA_474.DEBIAN3.1.tgz
tar -xvf zcs-3.1.3_GA_474.DEBIAN3.1.tar
./install.sh
found these files were needed:
sudu
curl
fetchmail
libgmp3
libstdc++6
I used aptitude to locate and install each of these files.
I ran ./install.shagain.
this time it successfully went through the isntall script.
note system apaired to freeze at setting defaults, but it just took a long time.
I also had to work with the MX Record a little bit, but know it appears to be setup. The big issue at this point now is ports. I have some of the ports requested during install (such as SMTP) routed to another server, and it didnt like that.
anyways... This should get someone going..
I am going to rebuild a test box this week and do a clean install. I will document my efforts here!
THANKS A MILLION FOR GETTING ZIMBRA TO WORK WITH DEBIAN!!!
