Thumbs up ZCS 4.5.9 Has Been Released!

The Zimbra Team is excited to announce that Zimbra Collaboration Suite 4.5.9 has been released for Network Edition and Open Source Edition users.

There are 72 bug fixes and enhancements in this update.

Some notable fixes:
Bug 20523 - Blank emails after upgrade from v4.5.6 to v4.5.7
Bug 20732 - amavisd update changed log format breaking logger stats
Bug 21080 - JVM taking 400% CPU until restart with busy ZimletUserProperties threads
Bug 20936 - bayes are not migrated in upgrade
Bug 19404 - MySQL deadlock when updating mailbox metadata

Users running any version of Zimbra prior to 4.5.9 are encouraged to upgrade to this latest release.

As always, we strongly encourage all users to perform a full backup before performing any server maintenance. It may take longer, but you'll be better in the end.

Additionally, we've added a browser search extension for Firefox and IE. You can find it at the top of the Forum Home Page. When you add it, you can search the forums, wiki, blog, bugzilla, and documentation at once. This isn't a part of the 4.5.9 release.
