Rejected Address - When sending to any email addy outside of local domain.

Hello All -

I have the mighty zimbra vmware image up and happily running. I can send mail fine and was able to download about have of my inbox from earthlink.net

My inbox has about 16k messages in it. which i might add to forever to download.

all of the sudden... i was unable to send any emails to myself.

I looked over the posts that covered the above error but have not been able to resolve it.

As mentioned before this worked fine, Until i made some change and then it stopped working.

I think this was the problem, i noticed that my mail was being deferred (queued) and the error had something to do with amvisd.

my logs are extensive... is there anything i should look for?

Please Advise...

Welcome to the forums.

The obvious questions would be, what changes did you make? Have you tried reversing the change to see if that solved the problem? Search the wiki for 'mynetworks' and try that to see if it's the problem.

As far as the changes are concerned all i did was disable the spam av amvasid becuase it was blocking my mail from getting out.

I also wanted to use Symantec Mail for SMTP gateways...
