My Zimbra is not receiving messages with .zip attachment with password.

Just tested on Zimbra 4.5.6 on RHEL 4-
It went through. Can you provide a zmprov gacf along with what mmorse asked?

That command (zmcontrol -v) will show us your exact version and OS info...
and zmprov gacf will show your configuration info
if need be edit any data you want to keep private before you post it
