    Default All cronjobs fail after upgrade

    Hi,

    I am running v4.5.6 and just realized that all my cronjobs fail:

    su - zimbra -c "/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmpurgemessages"

    Received SOAP fault: authentication failed for zimbra

    Its the same if I run it as user "zimbra" or if I use su as listed above. It's the same for all cronjobs. How can I reset the password?

    Not sure if it is update related or if I broke it earlier ...

    What os is this on?
    I just tested on an upgrade for RHEL 4/ZCS4.5.6, seemed to work.

    Looks like the LDAP password is out of sync. You can try to reset it by using this article:
