    Default

The answer is in your own post:
    rejected: need fully-qualified hostname
You either need to remove that restriction in your Zimbra server (if you have it) or supply a fqdn not an IP for the sender.

Default exception should be allowed for trusted hosts

is it possible to create exceptions to the rejected: need fully-qualified hostname e.g a list of allowed ips
