We have a user that puts info for the location field for a new appointment as:

5:00 @ Office Something

But in the calender it shows up as

5:00 @ Office; Something

He enters the appointment as total time from the office then puts the time of the appointment in the location field.

Just wondering why it is doing this and if there is a way to stop this.
