 problem solved
all i had to do was deleting the jar file from /opt/zimbra/lib/ext/convertd/
it is for sure a zimbra bug when migrating from network edition to open source , as well as the one with the "your server's license has expired" message ..
considering that is a bug from zimbra , and not something i didn't configured the right way , i think it would've been nice/normal to get a more precise and promptly answer from you..
