I did

zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_invalid_hostname
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_non_fqdn_hostname
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_non_fqdn_sender
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client dnsbl.njabl.org
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client cbl.abuseat.org
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client dnsbl.sorbs.net
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client sbl.spamhaus.org
zimbraMtaRestriction: reject_rbl_client relays.mail-abuse.org

now is there any way to add a file like the old client_access I used to have in postfix. Which had whitelist entries and blacklist entries in it.

Individual end-user set blacklists/whitelist management sections are open RFEs-for instance: Bug 6953 - Per user spam white lists in the UI
However, you can currently accomplish the same result for end-user blacklisting by using a filter set to delete mail from a certain address/domain.
