Default Zimbra and external Fedora Directory Server

Hi, I'm currently using fedora directory server and would like to use zimbra (on another machine) to authenticate to it using ldap. I'm somewhat new to ldap and would like some help in adding the fedora DS domain to zimbra. When I first go to add the domain it asks for a LDAP filter. What am I suppose to enter in there? Examples? Step-by-step how-to?

Thanks.
