    Default Case Managment Reports I'm logged out

    Anyone else had a problem with the Case Managment system, via the support portal?

    It keeps saying I'm logged out, but I'm able to do everything else.

    This is rather worrying, because My system has stopped and I'm trying to find out if anyone is working on my problem.

    Send an email to support@zimbra.com with this information and any questions about specific case numbers that you're interested in.

    I'll have to think about that...

    Because my email system is down...

    Plus as I can't access the case managment, I'm unable to find the case numbers.

    Guess I'll have to use my own private gmail account and flag the problem.

    Thanks to all that helped, and those that tried.

    I'm now all running again.

    Please note that the problem with the portal is down to a cookies permission thing.

    Amazing how many things seem to go wrong all at once. (well it feals like that at the time).

    All's well that ends well.
