I am not able to send mail through ZCS with any kind of SMTP authentication enabled... TLS or not. If I disable the MTA auth. then outlook express connects and the message goes out.
I'm also forced to use plain text POP authentication.

Has anyone actually have a working ZCS install on SuSE 10.2?
If they do, TLS authentication and all, working with OE as a client, I want to see how you did it.
Conf's and all. PLEASE!!!

I know there are suse10.2 users around-might be hard to coax them into running/opening up OE though

btw have you tried other clients (thunderbird) and other machines etc?
-for all pourposes I assume your talking tls over port 25 (and not ssl 465)

do a
> su zimbra
> zmprov gs zimbra.domain.com | grep Auth
and post the results (seeing if it's applied properly)
and a zmprov -v (u never mentioned what zcs version your running)
