Default replicating .procmailrc functionality

Hi all,

I'm evaluating Zimbra for my 60 user company. On our current email server, each user's account gets a .procmailrc file to perform some mail rules. In this file I'm doing things that I can't set a Zimbra mail filter to do- most importantly, calling sed to change the content-type of our phone system's emailed voicemail .wav files, so they play inline in the mail client, rather than showing as attachments that link to iTunes. I've searched the forums and found references to Zimba sieves, and a perl script to convert from procmail to sieves, but I still need some better documentation for exactly where these files live. Is there a global place? An equivalent of /home/users/<username>/.procmailrc ?

Thanks,
Steve.
