Default Changing Help URL (HELP_URI)

Hi,

Where can I change the help_uri setting so that I can point users to a dedicated site for help/support

Thanks

One copy of a post is sufficient.

I don't quite understand what you're trying to do, all the user has to do is hit the help button and a new window opens with help. Isn't that sufficient? Perhaps if you describe what you want someone might be able to help.

I want to change the URL that the user is directed to when they click the help button.

So rather than it going to your help system, I want to send it over to our help system which includes a live operator.

In other words today it goes to /help/Zimbra_user_guide.html I want to change it to /livehelp/index.html

I can manually change the templates to make it point there; but there must be a zmprov setting or similar that I can use to change this so we are not manually editing templates everytime we update.

And by the way, is this help supposed to be translated with zimbra 5, as other languages will be officialy supported ?

Has no-one had a requirement to do this?

I am working around it at the moment by changes to the html but I am certain there is a way to do this by updating the HELP_URI variable.

Ideas anyone?
