Default Emails with dots before the @ in them can't be sent via webmail.

Whenever I attempt to send email to someone with a dot in their email address before the @ sign I get an error.

    For instance I can't email:
    fname.lname@gmail.com
    --
Message not sent; one or more addresses were not accepted.
    Rejected addresses: fname.lname@gmail.com
    --
I searched the bug system and the forums, but I didn't find anything, although it may just be my search terms.

FYI: This happens in the Zimbra AJAX Web Client only. Sending via SMTP works fine.

It would be extremely strange if ZImbra didn't allow that combination fro an email address. It does, however, work for me when sending to an address in the format fred.smith@domain.com

What else is in the logs?
    Regards

Actually it looks like we can't send email from the Web GUI at all:

We get the following error in the logs:

So it looks like that for some reason postfix is rejecting the relay. ?

    What does
    Code:
    postconf mynetworks
return? It should be something like this:
    Code:
    mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.1.0/24
If it doesn't look right check this page in the wiki.
    Regards
