Cant send email. PLease help?

I can receive emails fine but cant send. In the web UI I get this message when trying to send an email to anyone.

message not sent; one or more addresses were not accepted.
rejected addresses; mike@whatever.com


Can someone please help?

Is DNS lookups on or off in the admin ui?

If it's off, turn it on.
Also, make sure that DNS queries are getting serviced.

dig mx whatever.com

Also, your /var/log/zimbra.log could help
