Viewing a shared Calendar

We are looking at using ZIMBRA to publish and update a calendar used by volunteer staff.

The two things we would like to do are:
1. we would like to have the 90 plus volunteers able to view a shared calendar from a web browser
2. we would like these volunteers to be able to update (add new appointments) to the calendar but not delete the appointments.
