(Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=rainbowcruises.in type=MX: Host not found, try again)
The answer is in this part of your post, there's no MX record pointing to your server. I'm assuming that rainbowcruises.in is your domain name?

Thanks for your reply ,

No, our domain is indebo.com
rainbowcruises.in is a domain where we used to send mails.

Everyday our mails get deferred into the queue. What will be a solution for this? Could you please advise me what should I do to rectify this problem.
Could you please send me a procedure to set a cronjob on zimbra server so that I can get an alert message that mails are in queue.

I look forward to hearing from you

Thanks

Mandeep Kaur

I would suggest you might have a DNS problem. It would appear from this report that all your mail servers are at google(?) and/or you're not describing your configuration correctly. Please check your local DNS servers for A & MX resolution and make sure you have a valid /etc/hosts file.

These articles will tell you what you need to know:

Split DNS - Zimbra :: Wiki
http://www.zimbra.com/forums/adminis...-nutshell.html

They both describe what is usually called (around here, anyway) a Split DNS set-up.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about Debian but you should be able to work out what's needed if you install a DNS server and compare it to those configurations.

I'm afraid the problem is not Zimbra but DNS.

Fix your DNS (Bill gave you the key links, SplitDNS and DNS in a nutshell) and your mail delivery (amongst other things) will work.
