Default Spamassassin and Antivirus

Where I can config the file to add black and white list? Is it under /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin??

And How come all my incoming email spam hits is ZERO???
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=0 tagged_above=-10 required=6.6 autolearn=no
tests=[none]

And virus scanner.....
X-Virus-Scanned: amavisd-new at
Whats mean "amavisd-new at"?
Is it Amavisd or Clamav as scan virus???

Have you given it any messages to learn from, i think the basic rule set is slim, once i gave it messages, i now get a spam score in each message

Default amavisd-new

amavis is the integration point between postfix and spamassassin and clamAV - amavis hands mail off to the spam/virus scanner, which do the work.

Default whitelists

Are whitelists supported for end users then? I can't find anything in the UI.

Not per user. We support auto-white list (from SA) and also the training will in effect help keep false-positives from happening again.

Default How do you train for a mail you have not got

I have not worked how to train the system for mails that you did not get.

We reaaly need a simple white list

http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/ManualWhitelist

make some sense however I can not find the user_prefs file

Does Zimbra make use of

the /opt/zimbra/conf/spamassassin/user_pref.template

Is their anything that we need to know before fiddling with this

I think that amavis don't use user pref from sa.
Have a look at this post for a simple working solution.
Amavis could be connected to a database or to ldap to set-up preference per user

Ciao
