look in /opt/zimbra/slapd.conf
you might see something like:
These are gonna be relevant for installing certs:Code:TLSCertificateFile /opt/zimbra/conf/slapd.crt TLSCertificateKeyFile /opt/zimbra/conf/slapd.key TLSVerifyClient never
search for zmcreateca, zmcreatecert, zmcertinstall, ssl, self-signed certs, etc...your going to get a bunch of hits.

I already have my SSL cert working for HTTPS, I just need to get it working for IMAPS. I need to know what files I need to replace to do that. I've already followed the instructions at Commercial Certificates - ZimbraWiki and replaced perdition.key, perdition.pem, slapd.crt, and slapd.key to no effect. I do not have a smtpd.crt or smtpd.key on that server, nor do I have a file at /opt/zimbra/slapd.conf.
How do I replace the IMAPS certificate with my own? I would assume that it is somewhere on my Mailbox server.

Sorry about that, for some reason I was saying LDAPS when I meant to say IMAPS.
