Nothing you should need to change in zimbra-unless your changing the box's host name.

However DNS needs to be updated to point at that new address (and for those that make use of a hosts file double check that too)

do a 'dig mx domain.com' and if you need to 'dig mx mail.domain.com' (smtp, email etc -people use different names)
It will show you where your current mx records are pointing; then change the DNS settings with your provider.

I changed the IP address of zimbra server and zimbra control services stopped running. What should I do to make the zimbra control services run?

should not

this is defently a problem in your network config /dns config with the new subnet

zimbra itself doesnt care which ip is to use -
but (which isnt optimal) it needs defently a correct dns and /etc/hosts entrys

otherwise your services will stop and never come back

so really check dns
easist is ping on the zimbrahost the hostname like
ping zimbra.example.net
then ping it outside - see if you get a request / ips matching

maybe you forgot to update your filewall script?

does any other service work well wit the new subnet?
