saved search folders empty via imap

hi there, i am using open source edtition of zimbra 4.5.5 and i just recognized that all saved search folders are empty when i access them via imap.
webinterface shows the items in the folder.

rebuilding the users mailbox does not solve the problem. somebody any idea?

1. Make sure that zimbraPrefImapSearchFoldersEnabled is true for the user.

2. Make sure that the search folder is set to return at least one of "message" or "conversation" types.
