Antivirus and Antispam update trought proxy

I'm now testing ZCS 4.5.4 opensource edition for my organization and I found a problem.

Whe use an http proxy server with user authentication to access internet and looking inside the freshclamd.log I found that the antivirus is not updating virus definitions. This is the a part of the log showing the error:

I also tried to modify the file /opt/zimbra/clamav/etc/freshclam.conf decommenting the lines

#HTTPProxyServer
#HTTPProxyPort
#HTTPProxyUsername
#HTTPProxyPassword

but it does not function.


What can I try to let the Clamav (and Spamassassin) update correctly?
