User with IE 7.0 Troubles

I have, so far, one user that gets the following error using IE 7.0.

msg - Csfe service error
code - Network_Error
method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail - Empty HTTP Response

This does not happen when he uses Firefox and I cannot replicate the issue on 4-5 other machines with his and other accounts. I am fairly convinced that this has something to do with his IE browser.

Has anyone encountered this? Any suggestions on what I can try to do to his machine to get it to work? Thanks.

I'd recommend comparing the Zimbra Web Client options of this user with the troubles to someone who is not having issues. I know there was a problem with the web client and IE6/7 where users would get frequent errors when they had the "Always compose in new window" option checked. I think it was producing a different error message than what you posted, but I'm not sure. OTOH, I'm pretty sure I've seen your error, or something similar to it, mentioned on the forums before. You may want to search both the forums and bugzilla to see if you can find more info.
