Default not all emails show up in outlook

hey, wondering if anyone else has run into this issue.
I have one person on a domain that I manage who's email shows up in the Web mail (none missing) but in Outlook they have random emails missing from different directories and some in the inbox are missing too. I've tried recreating the profile and I'll find out here in a couple hours if that fixed it, but i was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.
thanks in advance

Default

I just got a call back from this user. The same thing is happening. Some of her emails, even from this week are not showing up in Outlook, but they do appear in the Zimbra Web Mail. I've tried sending/receiving again and checked the "Zimbra Show Progress" dialog box (it said it was completed).
any thoughts?

Default Empty Message Body

I am randomly experiencing the same issue in outlook with a few of our users. I can send two identical e-mails to the same recipient without changing a thing and one may show up empty, the other one fine. It doesn't happen everytime or with every user.

The message is always visible in the web client thus far, only outlook is loosing the body of the message.

A google search reveals that Outlook alone, has experinced this issue, but we never had this problem prior to Zimbra. Of course we were using plain ole' POP accounts with postfix though...
