Default Problem with user account

I just added an account but something went wrong. Now I can't even delete the account to start over. The error I get is
Code:
Message: system failure: fetching folder data for mailbox 9
Error code: service.FAILURE
Method: ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
Details:soap:Receiver
I get the same thing if I try to log in as the user. Is there any way I can just manually delete the account and try it again?

You can try deleting from the command line. As the Zimbra user execute 'zmprov DeleteAccount user@domain.com'. See the Admin Guide for more details on the zmprov command.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I tried that command but I get the same error about fetching the mailbox. I looked at the databases with mysql, and it looks like there are no tables in the mboxgroup9 database. Is this significant? Any other ideas?

The exact error I get from the command line is
Code:
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: fetching folder data for mailbox 9)
