Issue with Print Size in Zimbra Web Client

We are running into kind of a strange issue with the print size (hard copy) when printing email messages from the Zimbra web client. Out of 200+ users only three have reported the problem so far, and for these three users the problem doesn't show up on everything they print. Basically the print size on certain messages they print out is extremely tiny. All our users are using IE7 with the web client. Up to this point I can't figure out the commonality between the users and the messages they are having problems with. In doing a little research, I have a feeling the problem may be related to the "Fit to Page" feature of IE7, but I don't know why it only affects a few users, with selected messages.

I really think this is more of an IE7 issue than a Zimbra issue, but I figured I would post to see if anyone had any ideas or suggestions.
