    Default Turn off user notifications-clamav

We are getting slammed with the Sober.U worm. I need to turn off user notifications. I've changed the value in amavisd.confbut it gets overwrotten from somewhere else when you restart Zimbra.
Where might that somewhere else be?
    TIA
    Bill

    Default amavisd.conf.in

Change amavisd.conf.in, and your changes will persist.

The .in file refers to a variable - not a value. There is a reference to the same value in the .ldif value. Does this come from the admin console?

    Default zmlocalconfig

It's in zmlocalconfig - zmlocalconfig -e av_notify_use='' will blank it out.

I've done all that & amavisd.conf (which was rewritten) still shows warnvirusrecipient=1

    Default mea culpa

I did not read your last email properly.

zmprov mcf zimbraVirusWarnRecipient FALSE should fix this.
