Unhappy Is there a trusted-domains-white-list?

Hi,

Sorry if this is answered before. The situation is I installed zimbra server, and everything is cool, but I need mails from the other domain NEVER marked as SPAMs, because the other domain is a branch office and my boss may get angry at anytime if he keep finding branch office mails from his junk folder...

So my simple thought is if I can set that domain as a trusted domain, like an exception from SPAM checking, that will be good. But so far I didn't find that option in admin interface.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

This can't be done in the UI, though you could edit the config files for this. A warning though, the changes would be wiped with any Zimbra upgrades.

Thumbs up

Hi gmsmith,

Thanks for your rapid reply!

But where do I find this or these config files? I am still new to Zimbra, your direction will save me a lot of time.

Thanks again~

Search the wiki for whitelisting.
