Default Error while trying to view queues

I hunted around but I can't seem to find anything ... everything seems to be running fine but when I hit the admin console and try to view my queues I get this:

Code:
Message:  system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: mail.bangtherockstogether.net->zimbra@mail.bangtherockstogether.net:22}
Error code: service.FAILURE
Method: ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
Details:soap:Receiver

It dies trying to scan the queues if I try to manually rescan as well. ANy ideas what might be going on or where I should look?

status shows everything as far as services goes running fine:

Code:
$ zmcontrol status
Host mail.bangtherockstogether.net
        antispam Running
        antivirus Running
        ldap Running
        logger Running
        mailbox Running
        mta Running
        snmp Running
        spell Running
Someone kick me in the right direction ... I've tried everything I can think of other than restarting everything but I'd rather debug it if I can instead of just reinit.

Thanks Peeps!!

Kind of just a guess here, but have you tried clearing the browser cache and/or trying the admin console from another workstation?

Is the ssh daemon running and is it still on port 22?

I have indeed ... well ... I've tried clearing cache and cookies etc, unfortunately I can't get to another workstation right now to try but I can try that when I go home.

Thanks!

Hey Bill,

Yes I verified that I had the daemon still running and I'm ssh'ed in right now doing some other 'stuff'

Code:
# lsof -i :22
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE NODE NAME
sshd 2415 root 3u IPv6 6856 TCP *:ssh (LISTEN)
My session did time out and requested me to log in again so I did clear all the cache and cookies etc, then restarted my browser. Also verifed there were no existing ssh connections possibly held open by they session time out

Regards,
Lonny

Has it ever worked? Can you check the port is set correctly with:
Code:
zmprov gcf zimbraRemoteManagementPort

It was working fine until this morning ... never showed anything (all queues were 0) but the scan executed fine etc.

The value is set correctly:

zimbraRemoteManagementPort: 22

weird ... maybe I should just restart everything in a bit and see if it clears up

The restart didn't fix it and I rebooted the client machine I was connecting from ... I'm not sure what is going on like I said everything else seems to be running just fine, it's just this one little kink (which is not vital to me really).

Ok tried from another machine and still having no luck I guess I'll go see if I can hunt anything down in the logs (nothing popped earlier).

That's an exception during auth, not a cannot connect.

Take a look at the /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log for a longer error.
The stack trace will give more info.
